The successful candidate should be comfortable communicating complex issues and provide potential solutions both to commercial and private clients.
Broad aspects of the role would involve dealing with a full range of commercial property work, including:
- Landlord and tenant
- Commercial property acquisitions and sales
- Property support on company commercial
- Development work from site acquisitions
- Financial related work for lenders and borrowers
The ideal candidate will be 5+ PQE, is technically able and commercially minded with a willingness to actively promote themselves and the team.
