A superb opportunity has arisen for a Family Lawyer to join a Lexcel and CQS accredited, multi-office law firm based in one of their busy towns. You will be joining an established family department who have an outstanding reputation and you will not only build upon the existing caseload, you will also show commitment to developing your own caseload through business development and networking activities.
You will be a Senior Paralegal or a qualified Lawyer and be experienced in covering all aspects of private and public family law to include: divorce & separation, financial agreements, domestic abuse and children matters. You should be confident in managing a full and busy caseload, this position will see you covering both private and legal aid, with a bias towards private family law. Own advocacy would be beneficial.
The role comes with secretarial support and the team have invested in dictation and IT systems. This is a very friendly team who are committed to providing a high standard of service to all their clients.
