An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Chartered Legal Executive to join the reputable probate department at this leading, multi-office private practice. Due to significant growth within the firm, our client is seeking a proactive individual with experience of trust and probate matters.
The successful candidate will advise a diverse list of enviable clients specialising in probate work and estate administration to include; applications for grants of representation, inheritance tax calculations, post death variations, the distribution of assets and establishing or re-structuring trusts under a will. It is essential that you possess the ability to assist clients with an empathetic, natural and interpersonal skill set to ensure the highly regarded client care of the firm is upheld. You will also have excellent technical knowledge to produce clear and logical drafting paired with previous experience of preparing sets of accounts for probates and trusts.
An accounting or STEP qualification is desirable, but not essential with clear communication style and highly organised.
