This forward thinking firm are seeking an experienced employment paralegal to join their specialist team. The role will be varied and at times demanding, but the rewards are reflected in the benefits package, low staff turnover and a clear path to a training contract.
Our client is seeking a paralegal who has already gained a minimum of 6 months experience within an employment department, you should be used to assisting a team of experienced fee earners. This is a fantastic opportunity which will give you the chance to progress your career within the firm, with a view to a training contract subject to performance and after the probationary period.
You will work alongside qualified fee earners and provide legal and administration support which will include case preparation, bundling, research, arranging / attending conferences and client meetings; as well as this, you will be involved with the marketing of the department. The team provide high quality legal advice to both employees and employers including handling contentious issues, contracts, settlement agreements, whistleblowing and discrimination.
