A rare opportunity has arisen for a Private Client lawyer and/or Paralegal to join an in-house award-winning firm of financial chartered planners, who have been established for over 50 years and who offer a service that is second to none in quality. You will be situated in beautiful offices and it is an easy commute with excellent road and rail connections and good parking.
This is a newly created role due to the success of the firm incorporating the legal function within the business and you will be working alongside a Senior STEP qualified Solicitor and specialist Tax specialist. As part of the department you be responsible in servicing a broad range of clients, including a number of High Net Worth individuals on all aspects of personal wealth management.
- Responsibility for a caseload of Private Client matters that may include:
- Wills / Probate
- Tax Trusts
- Estate Administration
- Assisting the Senior members in more complex matters
- Must have fee earning experience within a reputable Private Client Department
- Qualified as a Solicitor and/or Legal Executive is advantageous but not essential
- Excellent rates of pay
- Non-contributory pension scheme
- Part time work, including school hours, will be welcome
