We are seeking a Real Estate Finance Lawyer to join a dynamic law firm based in East London with very good transport links, and good town facilities in relation to shopping and restaurants.

You will be working in a collaborative team environment, who provide specialist advice on real estate finance matters across a range of sectors, handing a range of real estate finance matters and advice on transactions domestically and internationally. Advice is often proved to banks and lenders on a variety of financing issues, including lending for property acquisition, commercial and residential projects and restructuring existing finance arrangements. The work will include and not be limited to:

• Commercial and residential portfolio acquisitions and disposals
• Lending for real estate acquisitions and development projects
• Loan book sales
• Warehousing facilities and securitisations
• Tax efficient security structure
• Realisation of real estate security

The high standard of work within the team means that the successful candidate will need to be able to manage a complex caseload.
