A Practice Manager / Director is required by one of the largest provincial legal private practices in the local area with multiple offices spanning Essex and Greater London. This is an excellent opportunity to join a law firm where the Partnership and Management team have a desire to continue to drive the business forward and it is hoped that the successful applicant will play a pivotal role in its future. This is not your typical high street law firm and they have an enviable client base of corporate and high net worth clients where they service them across a full suite of legal services and offer the very best legal advice in a friendly but commercial manner. They are seeking a competent and proven Practice Manager who will work closely with the Partnership and will have the responsibility for the day to day running of the Practice. The successful applicant will need to be an excellent communicator and highly organised and have rounded business skills to include: finance, human resources, facilities management, marketing, compliance, IT and administration.
