This is a fee earning Private Client position, for either a Solicitor or Legal Executive. You will take over an existing caseload, working in a small team with secretarial support manging Wills, Probate and Trust matters. The role is client facing and requires someone with confident communication skills, able to advise on assets, inheritance and support clients on tax matters and consider care home fee planning. Experience of LPA and estate management is also required.

To be considered, you will be passionate about private client work, demonstrate experience in will drafting and experience of working with a variety of clients at different ages and wealth to support asset distribution, inheritance and explain tax matters.
