This is a busy role, covering both insolvency and litigation, where you will be working on a mixed caseload managing non-contentious advisory work, however, much of the caseload will be predominately contentious insolvency matters, including misfeasance, wrongful trading and antecedent transaction recovery. In addition to this, you will also handle general commercial litigation matters to include general contractual or negligence claims, shareholder disputes and warranty claims.
