Our client is an independent legal practice specialising in property and private client work. We are seeking a Commercial Property Lawyer and there can be some flexibility on this role being offered at an Associate or Senior Associate level depending on experience.

There is a lot of repeat business, due to the superb reputation in exceeding client's expectations. The firm invest in their technology and staff, which has resulted in very low staff turnover and you will be joining a solid and experienced team of like-minded fee earners. The role will suit someone with a commercial property background able to manage a mixed and varied caseload, to include:

• Sale and purchase of commercial properties
• Landlords and Tenants matters
• Mixed use development for both residential and commercial
• Site acquisitions
• Financing and disposals

We are seeking a commercially minded person, about to develop business, be involved with marketing to raise visibility of the practice and be involved in team development.
