This established firm of solicitors is seeking an expert in Company Commercial work to take over and grow a mixed caseload and provide advice and assistance on a variety of transactions, in a fee earning environment. Much of the work is repeat clients and relationship building with new firms, sole traders, partnerships and joint ventures with the work including but not limited to

Responsibilities:
As the Company Commercial Associate Solicitor, you will be handling a varied caseload which includes, but will not be limited to:

• Company formations
• Business disputes
• Commercial contracts
• Restructuring
• Shareholders and Joint Venture agreements
• Franchise and Distribution agreements
