monitoring performance/progress and providing professional guidance to individuals as appropriate, making a significant contribution to the firm's reputation and position within the community by virtue of reputation. You will be commercially minded and involved with business development and attracting new clients and introducers.

There will be a high level of transactional work where you will strive for seamless efficiencies, working with an enviable client base advising on a variety of residential property matters.
