This is a real career opportunity working for an award winning firm who have a number of offices, and as an experienced Residential conveyancer you will be joining an established team managing your own casework from instruction to completion. The firm have a very good CMS and this position will include all transaction for both freehold and leasehold properties, as well as re-mortgaging work. The clients are a mix of purchases, new builds, right-to-buy and shared ownership. There is also transfers of equity and dealing with lease extension matters.

We are seeking a career orientated person who is a clear communicator and able to provide a high quality of service. Ideally 3-5 years PQE as a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer of FCILEx and demonstrates a wealth of experience in residential conveyancing with the ability to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision.
