Our client is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join the established team for this award-winning law firm who have an interesting book of clients. The team are at different levels of their careers and work collaborativly for clients and you will be managing and developing your own caseload. The work will include:

• Preparing leases, sub leases, lease extensions and renewals.
• Surrenders, licences, notices and other landlord and tenant documentation.
• 1954 Act notices.
• Advising on the acquisition and disposal of land and property.
• Drafting contracts amd agreements, options and conditional contracts.
• General planning advice.
• Advising on refinancing and loan documentation.
• Advice on business asset sales and purchases.

To be considered for this position you will demonstrate 5+ PQE as a solicitor in Commercial Property work, be a natural relationship developer and clear communicator with a pragamatic approach to your work.
