Probate Lawyer

You will be joining a firm that can offer both longevity, history and a clear future that involves remaining as a long-standing independent firm with a wealth of history dating back over two centuries.

They are now seeking an additional Probate Lawyer to join their busy and successful team. Work will involve wills and some trusts and inheritance tax planning.

They guarantee their Clients an exceptional level of individual and personal attention and this is one of the reasons their Clients are long established and they now work with 3rd and 4th generation of some families.

You will be a Solicitor or Legal Executive where you will be part of a team dealing with a caseload of varied probate matters for mid to high net worth clients. You will need to be confident in dealing with these types of matters and you should be able to demonstrate at least 3 years' experience of relevant probate work, running your own caseload with minimal supervision.
